The 2019 Estate Grown Small Lot Cabernet Sauvignon has pronounced black fruit aromas and sweet spices on the nose which echo on the palate along with black licorice, cacao, bold tannins and bright acidity that gives this wine perfect balance. This wine is capable of aging in a cellar and should develop well over 5-10 years.
The 2019 Estate Grown Small Lot Merlot opens up on the palate with beautiful ripe notes of damson plum and dark chocolate. A medium-bodied wine with juicy, black raspberry flavor and some cranberry notes that keep this wine fresh. Smooth tannins coat the palate for a wine that is enjoyable now but will develop over the years to come.
The 2019 Laundry Vineyard Riesling is fermented in stainless-steel, after a brief period of skin contact from grapes originating at the Laundry Vineyard in Vineland. Stunning aromas of golden delicious apples, stone fruit, beeswax and lemon zest are complemented by fresh acidity in this slightly off-dry style. Riesling is one of the most food friendly wines, to be enjoyed with an array of dishes. Try this one with a croque monsieur, roasted butternut squash soup or chicken marbella.
